When life brings hardships that exhaust your resilience and dishearten you, I believe that having the courage to seek support can be the start of new and greater possibilities. Through a trauma-informed approach, I welcome you into a safe, non-judgmental space to share your experiences, look inward, and tap into inner strengths to meet challenges with curiosity and creativity. No matter where you are in your story, it is never too late to forge a path that reflects your vision for a better life.

Therapy can provide safety while you walk through trauma and grief, support you through depression, anxiety, low self worth, or stress, or help you work toward something that is unique to you. I am excited to collaborate and support your journey to more authentic personal wellness.

My person-centred practice combines compassion and good humour with aspects of many evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. My services are available to adults, adolescents aged 16+ years, and couples. I have experience assisting new fathers' parenting journeys.

I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor in 2017. I have provided mental health counselling services to people with diverse backgrounds from communities across Southwestern Ontario. My clinical practice as a Registered Social Worker has been shaped by meaningful educational and career experiences in inpatient mental health, multiple community health settings, non-profit counselling, and most recently primary care.

At this time, I primarily offer virtual therapy sessions for your convenience. I look forward to co-creating your counselling experience with you.
