I am a registered social worker offering individual counselling to adolescents and adults (16+).

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centred. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for something more - we can work together to explore your concerns, build insight and move towards meaningful change that feels right for you.

I have a Master of Social Work degree from Western University and specialized training in Grief Therapy. My focus is to support individuals navigating grief, non-death losses, anxiety, life transitions, caregiver stress, self-worth, and interpersonal relationships.

My past work experience encompasses both clinical and community mental health settings. In these roles I’ve provided individual and group therapy to those navigating various life stages and diverse personal circumstances. This has shaped my therapeutic values and the importance of honouring the complexity of each person’s story.

I practice from a strengths-based framework and draw from several therapeutic modalities to best support each individual’s needs including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative therapy.

It would be an honour to share this space with you! Therapy appointments are offered virtually, with some in-person availability.
