Do you find that old familiar unhealthy patterns, behaviors and limitations hold you back from finding what truly makes you happy? Have you experienced difficulties, challenges and traumatic events that get in the way of you being able to cope effectively with life and its stressors? If you are ready for a change, I would like to help you achieve your goals. Allow me to assist you in re-aligning your life with who you really are instead of being lost in the muffle of misguided expectations and unhealthy patterns.

I provide an emphasis on joy and supporting the alignment of your truest nature. There is a lot of power in the body mind connection and supporting the self in its own recovery. My specialities include: perinatal mental health, and traumatic experience and complex historical trauma. I focus on empowerment with an integrative approach utilizing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Somatic Interventions.

If what I have written sounds interesting to you, I invite you to a free 20 minute discovery call. I come from a space of authenticity and joy, and wish the same for you.
