Krystal Lennox
Welcome!
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with 17 years of experience in the social services field. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from King’s University College in 2012, and my Behavioural Science Graduate Diploma in 2015 from Fanshawe College. In 2025, I received my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I appreciate how challenging it can be to acknowledge the need for extra support. My approach is rooted in compassion and inclusivity, emphasizing your existing strengths. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies to facilitate healing. When needed, I enjoy integrating play, art, and skills-based learning into sessions. I have received my Level 1 Certification from the Gottman Institute which provides the tools to work alongside couples to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen emotional connection. I also provide support to individuals, families, adolescents, and children aged 10 and above struggling with self-esteem, life-stage transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal conflict.
I also specialize in assisting families with a child diagnosed with autism, accompanying them on their parenting journey. I have worked as a parent coach for the past 8 years supporting a variety of families and their individual needs such as emotional regulation strategies, positive parenting frameworks, rebuilding connection, and managing challenging behaviours.
If you'd like to connect or have questions about your wellness journey, I offer free 15-minute consultations.
I look forward to meeting you!
