Rebecca is a registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting clients with mental health concerns to promote emotional health and well-being. She is a master’s prepared registered social worker, in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Areas of specialty include: Women’s health, perinatal mental health, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. She has a meaningful and deep mindfulness and meditation personal practice and established ability to teach and guide mindfulness and meditation. She loves being a mom to three busy teenagers and enjoys a hobby-farm lifestyle along-side her husband.

Her work supports adults in cultivating self- compassion, balancing acceptance with change, building new skills, overcoming challenges, and achieving their goals.
